SHIPPING INFORMATION 

DELIVERY

We ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Free shipping on U.S. Orders over $75.

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days from our warehouses in Memphis, TN and London U.K. via USPS. 

Delivery Timelines: 

• to U.S.: 2-4 days via USPS Standard (tracking # provided)
• to Canada: 6-9 days via Canada Post

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Part of our DeuceHigh Promise is that we guarantee that our customers will receive their orders. If any order is confirmed lost, more than 18 days late, or mishandled by USPS, we will ship you a replacement right away.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Items are produced on demand at our facilities in U.S. and London, U.K. Orders can be canceled within 4 hours from the time an order is placed. Once orders are in production, they cannot be cancelled. For immediate cancellation within the timeframe, please send us a request by visiting our Contact Form. You can also email us at info@shopdeucehigh.com
• DeuceHigh is not responsible for re-shipping fees if the incorrect address has been provided.
