Easy returns & exchanges. Send return items back to us with any carrier, and we'll either process a refund or exchange for an item you love.

Defective? Missing or wrong item? Not what you expected? We'll fix it. Visit our Contact Form to submit a request, along with a photo of the item, to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your items. You'll need your Order# (which begins with "DH" and 4 digits - ex: DH4020), and the email address, zip code, or phone number used to place your order. A DeuceHigh Customer Care agent will review the request and provide an RMA# to include on the return package label. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange once items are received, or you can submit a copy of the tracking # to expedite an immediate exchange order. For eligible returns, a refund or store credit for the cost of the items minus shipping will be offered, and will be processed when return items are received.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (USPS First Class or any carrier choice). Shipping costs to send the exchange item to the customer are covered by DeuceHigh. Items must be unused and unwashed, and will be inspected for eligibility. 

DeuceHigh is not responsible for shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the reason is not due to any fault of DeuceHigh so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts and confirm your selected sizes, styles, and items before placing any orders. Please be sure to also review your shipping address.

Refunds

A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items and inspected. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, or  you can also select store credit.
